These terms apply when you use vividenginesolutions.com and the services offered there by Vivid Engine Solutions ("we", "us"), a d/b/a of Bluebonnet Playguard, LLC.
Using our services
You must be at least 13 to use AI Search, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian agree) to buy a plan. You are responsible for what you do with your account and for keeping your password safe.
Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically each month, year or two-year term until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by Square. Sales tax may apply. You can cancel any time; your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
AI answers
Answers are generated by third-party AI engines (Perplexity, Claude and Gemini) and can be wrong or out of date. Check important information, and do not rely on AI answers for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. See the AI Disclaimer.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you type, upload or create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, including sending it to the AI engine that answers. You must have the right to anything you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.
Projects we build for you
Custom builds are governed by the written quote or agreement you approve. Monthly care plans are separate from one-time builds.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
