Partner Advertising Agreement

This agreement covers paid listings and sponsored cards ("Partner placements") between you (the Partner) and Vivid Engine Solutions ("we", "us"), a d/b/a of Bluebonnet Playguard, LLC.

Placements

• Every placement is labeled "Vivid Engine Partner" or "Sponsored · Vivid Engine Partners".
• Sponsored cards appear only after the organic answer, at most two at a time, and never beside an answer grounded with Google Search.
• Paying never changes the content of an AI answer, and we do not guarantee any number of views, clicks or customers.

Billing

Tiers are billed monthly, or yearly at 10% off, by card through Square. Afterpay is not available. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.

Your content

You are responsible for your listing being accurate, lawful and yours to use. We may edit for length and format, and may remove placements that are misleading or break our Acceptable Use Policy.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end the agreement with notice before the next billing date. We may end it immediately for a serious breach.
