This policy explains what Vivid Engine Solutions ("we", "us"), a d/b/a of Bluebonnet Playguard, LLC collects through vividenginesolutions.com and our apps, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
Account details: name, email and password (stored hashed), or your Google sign-in.
Inquiries: name, email, phone and what you tell us in forms, chat or WhatsApp.
AI Search: your questions, how many you ask (to apply plan limits), and, on paid plans only, saved conversations.
Usage and cost records: which AI engine answered, token counts and cost. These records never include the text of your question.
Payments: processed by Square. We receive the payment status and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working.
AI providers that process your questions
To answer, your question (and any file you attach) is sent to the AI engine chosen for it, which processes it as our data processor to produce the answer:
Perplexity (Perplexity AI): live web search with citations.
Claude (Anthropic): reasoning, writing and code.
Gemini (Google): images, video and files.
Combined mode sends the question to all three.
Video Studio captions and voiceover use OpenAI; script-to-video uses Claude.
Saved conversation history
Guests and Free accounts: nothing is saved. A conversation works while it is open and is gone when you leave.
Paid plans (Search Pro, paid Website and App Builder plans, Launch and Builder bundles): conversations are kept for 12 months.
Search Max and All-In-One: kept until you delete them, with full-text search, export and optional memory.
Private mode: never saved, on any plan.
Saved conversations are encrypted at rest, tied to your account, and sent to an AI engine only as context for the same conversation (or, with memory on, as earlier notes you allowed).
You can delete one conversation or everything at any time, and set conversations to delete automatically after 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
If your plan ends, saved conversations become read-only for 30 days. If you do not renew, they are locked and then deleted within 60 more days.
Client systems we build
Data you or your customers enter into a CRM, POS or website we build for you belongs to you and is used only to run and support those tools.
Text messages
If you opt in, we text service updates and replies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to buy anything.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to sign you in and keep the site secure, and, only if you allow them, analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, delete your account on the Delete account page, and opt out of marketing at any time. We respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices and payment records, are kept as the law requires.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
