We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here is how refunds work.
If you are not happy with a new AI Search, Website Builder or App Builder plan, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per customer, per product.
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded except where the law requires, or at our discretion.
One-time builds and video production follow the written quote you approve. Deposits for work that has started are not refundable; if we cannot deliver what we quoted, we refund the part of the price for work not delivered.
Eligible one-time purchases paid with Afterpay can be refunded within 120 days of the purchase. Refunds go back through Afterpay, which adjusts your remaining installments. Afterpay is not available for subscriptions or partner tiers.
