Use Vivid Engine for lawful purposes, and do not misuse the service or other people.

Do not

• Break the law, or help someone else do so.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive people, or collect their personal information without permission.
• Create or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits children.
• Upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around plan limits or security.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or recordings of people who have not agreed.
• Use AI answers to make decisions about someone’s credit, employment, housing or legal rights without human review.
• Resell or automate access to AI Search without a written agreement.

What happens

We may remove content, slow down, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal activity where required.
