Sending a notice

Send notices to info@vividenginesolutions.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the material is on our site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and your signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same kind of details. We may restore the content unless the owner tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
